Beginning Blacksmithing Class with Nicolas Pester – $150
Saturdays 9:00am – 12:00pm

Students will learn blacksmithing basics in this introductory class: Safety, Metal Heating & Handling, Hot Bending & Forming, and Hammering & Twisting. Please wear long sleeves (non-synthetic), closed-toed shoes, leather gloves and bring safety glasses. Ages 12+ are welcome, with parent supervision. Classes are held every last Saturday of the month.

Beginning Knife-Making Class with Drew Hash – $200
Saturdays 9:00am – 3:00pm
Students will be forging and finishing a 10 inch utility blade with a cord wrapped handle. Blades will be hardened in the class and tempered at home in a common kitchen oven. Please wear long sleeves (non-synthetic), closed-toed shoes, leather gloves and bring safety glasses.

Playing With Fire , Demo & Workshop for Design Professionals – 
Every 2nd Thursday 5:30pm – 8:00pm
Complimentary for practicing Architects and Designers
An evening event/demo for architects and design professionals. Each participant will forge their own fire poker. Refreshments and hors d’oeuvres will be provided. Please wear long sleeves (non-synthetic), closed-toed shoes.

Dollars & Sense: Business Practices for Artists/Craftsmen – $200 for two evening sessions
Tuesdays 7:30pm-9:30pm
Jefferson Mack presents a lecture series to help artists improve their business models. You will learn about pricing your work, writing contracts, paying your bills, cost analysis, banking, managing employees and how to efficiently execute projects. Come and learn about the many aspects of running an art business!
